Jeremiah Bavington

Head of Brand & Marketing

Jeremiah is JBAndrews’ Brand Manager.

He came to Leeds from Bradford when he began studying Marketing at Leeds Beckett University. After completing his Degree he made the decision to remain in Leeds, and fortunately for JBA, he became part of the team.

Jeremiah joined JBAndrews in the early days in order to head up the business’ brand, marketing strategies, campaigns, partnerships and social media. For Jeremiah, recruitment isn’t just about reaching out to new talent; it’s about attracting the best talent as well. At JBA, he does this by having a great marketing strategy and the best campaigns; representing the best global and local companies as well as continually offering the best service to both our clients and our candidates.

Jeremiah has a good understanding of the way in which effective branding can engage with the right audience. This concept is extremely important to the role that Jeremiah plays at JBAndrews, and it’s clear to see in the way he fulfils his role, that this is a belief he is passionate about. Jeremiah shares the values that are important to JBA and delivering a service that is high in quality is at the top of his agenda. By discovering new and innovative ways to ensure he provides exceptional and informative content to both clients and candidates, ensures his contribution is both valuable and effective.

Outside of the office, Jeremiah would describe himself as a sociable guy whose leisure time is spent mainly in the company of his family and friends. Like many of the team at JBAndrews Jeremiah is also fanatical about sports. He admits to being quite competitive and enjoys participating in a variety of different sports. In his youth, he competed in both football and tennis, at the highest junior level.

Jeremiah is proud to be part of the JBA family and the role that he has in its success. He understands our values and USP of putting our and your people first. Doing good and helping others is part of what motivates Jeremiah, and he is definitely the driving force behind some of our many charity events as well as leading a few community projects around our local area.
