Retained Search

Retained search allows you as a client to build up a relationship with us as the sole recruiter. Placements for your business will be our priority as we work exclusively with you. The experts at JBAndrews will proactively seek out the best talent for your business by using our market knowledge and vast industry networks. Our consultants will get to know the ins and outs of your business, enabling us to find candidates that not only fit the role but your culture too. JBAndrews will handle every step of the recruitment process, taking care of compiling shortlists and devising effective interview strategies.

Contingent Search

Contingency search allows our clients access to our extensive database of industry relevant candidates across the regions. This service will allow JBAndrews to obtain a detailed briefing of the client’s needs in order to create a shortlist of qualified candidates. With contingency search we understand you will be working with more than one recruitment company which can be time consuming therefore we aim to act fast and make sure our communication with the client is simple and efficient. All candidates are interviewed by JBAndrews directly and references are provided upon the client’s request.
