I am a competitive, sport-loving individual, working as a Business Consultant in Food Ingredients at Executive search firm JBAndrews. After graduating from the University of Leeds, recruitment wasn’t something I initially considered; my younger self preferred being outdoors, throwing, kicking, or hitting a ball around. However, various conversations with friends and family already in the industry opened my eyes to the potential opportunities.
