As an Executive Headhunter within the Automation division, I specialise in recruiting for Systems Integrators and Robot Manufacturers, supporting businesses across factory automation, robotics, industrial automation, intralogistics, manufacturing automation and wider industrial technology.

I partner with companies looking to build high-performing commercial, technical and leadership teams across Sales, Business Development, Solutions Design, Applications Engineering, Project Management, Operations and senior leadership.

My approach is direct, detailed and market-led. I do not believe in simply sending CVs. I focus on understanding the market properly, identifying the individuals who can genuinely make an impact, and representing both clients and candidates with pace, accuracy and discretion.

Before entering Executive Search, I graduated in Law from the University of Leeds, which helped shape the way I work today: structured, detail-focused, commercially aware and confident in asking the right questions.
