Principal Business Consultant - Logistics & Supply Chain

Will’s role is as Principal Consultant within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector, and he is a key member of the team. He joined JBAndrews in April 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant and has worked his way up the ranks to settle in his current role within the Logistics & Supply Chain team. Will’s market focus is the European & Asian Freight Forwarding & Contract Logistics sectors.

Pre-JBA, Will was very fortunate to have been able to fulfill the dreams that many young children wish for – to be a professional football player. During this time he has represented Leeds United in the FA Cup, as well as having made several appearances for their first team. He then moved to various other clubs and accumulated over 100 Football League appearances throughout his sporting career. Today, Will has gone semi-professional, and is currently captaining Darlington Football Club in his spare time.
Will has also worked as a Sports Coach at the same school he used to attend himself; giving tuition and guidance to the children there. The skills that he learned whilst in this role have been very valuable to him and have helped him in his further career pursuits; especially within his position at JBAndrews, in communicating with his clients and candidates.

Will’s working experiences have also seen him running a Logistics business alongside his dad. The company focused on delivering goods all over the UK, and he is now able to apply the knowledge and expertise he acquired to his current headhunting role at JBAndrews, securing some of the best candidates around. Co-owning and co-running a business was of great benefit to Will and he has been able to take away some very useful experiences and insights into the way the Logistics industry works.

Will is a naturally considerate and supportive person which serves him well when it comes to looking after both his candidates and his clients. He has proved to be a very loyal member of the JBA family whose journey has seen him make strong connections with a variety of people, and he is always ready to help others achieve their full potential.
