I am outgoing and committed to success, with a people first approach, driven by the opportunity to make positive change through direct involvement and leadership.

I now work as an Executive Search Consultant, where I am dedicated to helping professionals find the next step in their careers. My specialities lie within the Flavours and Colours Industry, where I am involved in an ever-changing market, which is heavily integrated into everyone’s lives on a daily basis.

While JBAndrews focuses on connecting top tier talent with growing organisations, it goes with outstaying that our ethos is a “people first” approach, whether it be candidates or clients. We like to understand our partnerships and relationships so we can tailor each process to the individual, making each relationship personal.

Outside of work, sport has been central to my life and having just finished 3 years at Leeds Beckett University, where I achieved a First Class, in Sports Business Management, I am now focussed on applying my attitude and approach to drive success in the competitive, challenging and growing environments within industry, to further develop my own capabilities to the benefit of my clients. I like to make positive change wherever I go, and I take this approach into each new task/project/job I commit myself to.
