Benjamin moved to Leeds from Bath to join the JBAndrews team. After leaving school, he was recruited to a business and tax consultancy firm, before starting his own company in the finance space. He gained brilliant experience in multiple aspects of business, and after loving the start-up atmosphere, then went to work for an exciting seed-funded tech company.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, becoming a business consultant at JBAndrews was the logical next step. The ability to work independently and maintain his own book of business fits his personality perfectly and provides the right environment for him to thrive.

Benjamin is an industry expert in the Greentech space, with a particular focus on EV Charging, Energy Storage and Renewable Energy. His business experience gives him an exceptional understanding of business life cycle and companies in key stages of growth. This is particularly applicable in the Greentech industry, being a market that’s experiencing high growth as we move towards our climate and energy goals. He’s an expert when it comes to finding the best talent to help companies reach their full potential. A true people person, he thoroughly enjoys connecting with people pioneering the development of the Greentech industry!

Benjamin is highly competitive and a huge golf fan, claiming a 12 handicap, he is always eager to get out on the course! He also loves playing tennis and football, and travelling to interesting new places when possible.
