About the company:

JBAndrews are currently partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturer of empty capsules & excipients, serving the nutraceutical & pharmaceutical markets, globally. They are actively searching for a talented Territory Sales Specialist  to manage and grow business in Germany, France & Spain.

The ideal candidate will deliver on the sales targets and continuously strive to maintain and increase the market share of the assigned territories and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain and expand a customer base within the assigned territories.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business leads, analyse sales potential and plan sales activities for development of the commercial division.
  • Develop, grow and manage a sales network to improve performance of the business unit.
  • Maintain regular customer visits for sales and business development purposes.
  • Conduct market research to effectively understand trends and competitor performances.
  • Identify new product opportunities with existing and new prospects.
  • Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts for product portfolios – report on achievement, variances and other relevant information to Regional Sales Head.
  • Ensure that the CRM is updated accurately.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales Volume (Target, year-on-year growth(%)).
  • Sales Revenue (Target, year-on-year growth(%)).
  • Repeat order rate.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Conversion rate.

Requirements:

  • BSc in a scientific setting related to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3-5 years in a B2B sales management.
  • An MBA would be desired.
