Senior Sales Executive

JBAndrews are currently partnering with a rapidly growing distributor of APIs and excipients, who handle and trade over 2000+ different raw pharmaceutical materials. The company are actively searching for a proven senior sales executive to further strengthen their sales division and drive their expansion in existing and new markets across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and acquire business with clients in existing and new geographies – plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets.
• Conduct purchasing negotiations with suppliers and conclude contracts with customers – hold responsibility for the entire value-added process.
• Achieve and surpass assigned revenue generation targets.
• Work cross-functionally with the logistics department.
• Travel as is required – supplier and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Technical background with at least a BSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals or other related discipline, with additional commercial training preferred.
• Several years of experience in the trade and distribution of pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Several years of experience in the acquisition and long-term care of customers.
• Business fluent in both English and German – other languages like Spanish are a plus.
• Vast knowledge of the pharmaceutical market.
