Role: Sales Manager – Automotive China

Salary: depends on experience, with competitive 20-30% commission structure.

The company:

JB Andrews is partnered with a leading global logistics services provider looking for a Senior Sales profile to strengthen their Automotive business in China.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Regional Sales Director – Greater China
• Accountable for developing the Automotive strategy for China
• Indirectly steer the Sales team to win and grow more Automotive business.
• Active member of the senior sales team supporting strategy.
• Promote company at regional and country level conferences.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling Freight Forwarding services
• Proven success in the Automotive industry.
• Pure hunter profile over farming.
• Excellent communication skills: with your team, the customer, and the group – this is paramount across cultures.
