Sales Director

The Client

JBAndrews is working with a leading Packaging company operating globally across multiple industries (Food & Beverage mainly), with a focus on North America. This hire will be key in managing the entire commercial operation for a company centralized in the Greater Chicago area.

Your Role

· You will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams’ operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

· You will develop a strategy for new market penetration and increase the share of the market in existing markets outside of our main market of Food & Beverage

· You will prepare operational and financial sales department reports

· You will oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

· You will directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Your Background

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering related topic

· You will have worked already in the Packaging industry

· Sales leadership experience

· Strong leadership skills
