JBAndrews are partnered with a top 20 MHE Systems Supplier, seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join the team. As the Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving sales, business development, and pre-sales consulting activities. You will collaborate closely with the design and engineering department to deliver complex Hardware and Software Warehouse Automation solutions, including ASRS, Conveying, Robotics, and GTP systems, primarily to clients in the eCom and Retail warehouse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development efforts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering department to provide pre-sales consulting and solutions design expertise.
  • Engage in sales engineering activities to ensure seamless integration of complex systems.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and develop compelling proposals for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in complex warehouse automation systems sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in complex warehouse automation systems sales.
  • Strong understanding of ASRS, Conveying, Robotics, and GTP systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
