Global Head of Solutions Design – Contract Logistics

Salary: €140,000 – €150,000 Gross Basic Salary + 25% Bonus
Location: Europe or USA (location to be confirmed)

The company:

JBAndrews is partnered with a global leading supply chain and logistics company that is presently seeking a Global Head of Solutions Design to set the strategy and implement it within the regions to successfully hit objectives and company targets.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Global Head of Contract Logistics.
• Oversee the Solutions Design department and strategy for a .4B Contract Logistics business.
• Support multi-region large-scale customer tenders/
• Offer experience and knowledge to support the region’s new automation/robotization solutions
• Super-user of group quotations tool.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Solutions Design function on a regional/ global level.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other warehouse design software.
• Proven project management professional.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, and able to work in a team and independently.
