Customer Service Manager EMEA

JBAndrews are currently partnered with a market leader in the manufacturing of functional excipients for the global pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, as they search for a dedicated Customer Service Manager for the EMEA region.


  • Ensure customer satisfaction in regard to the companies services and products.
  • Nurture a culture of customer centricity.
  • Optimize the customers journey, ensuring customers receive excellent support in a timely manner and at the first point of contact.
  • Train, develop and lead the customer service team throughout the EMEA region to deliver high-levels of customer services.
  • Direct the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Evaluate and address the performance of everyone in the team; overseeing recruitment, promotion and termination of employees in the department.
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate workloads to ensure efficient operations of the department.
  • Provide customer satisfaction reports and periodically review metrics such as customer feedback and complaints.
  • Work with other cross-functional teams including continuous improvement.


  • University degree.
  • 10 years of experience of relevant people management experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the customer service function.
  • Good level of English.
  • A peoples person with leadership capabilities.
